Westland Composted Bark is a natural soil improver designed to revitalise tired garden soils and support long term plant health. Ideal for use throughout the garden, it enriches soil with slow release organic matter, helping improve structure while creating better growing conditions for roots.
Perfect for mulching beds, borders, vegetable plots and areas around fruit trees and bushes, this composted bark helps suppress weeds, retain moisture and protect plant roots from extreme temperatures. As it breaks down gradually, it releases nutrients back into the soil, improving fertility and encouraging stronger, healthier plants. We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).
For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returns can be made in-store, by post, or via courier (costs may apply). For faulty goods within 12 months, we offer repair, exchange, or refund with proof of purchase, excluding faults from misuse or normal wear & tear.
