The digital voucher can be used instore for products sold by the main garden centre.
Once purchased a digital voucher will be emailed to the registered email address and can then be forwarded on to the recipient or printed out and given. Please note that you will be asked for address details while processing your cart but the voucher will be emailed to you.
Please be aware, when paying with Paypal, there can be a delay from them confirming the payment so the voucher may be delayed being despatched until this has been confirmed.
We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).
For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returns can be made in-store, by post, or via courier (costs may apply). For faulty goods within 12 months, we offer repair, exchange, or refund with proof of purchase, excluding faults from misuse or normal wear & tear.
