Polhill Plus Membership App
The Polhill Plus Membership app is available to download from the Apple Store or Google Play store here.
We advise you to download the app before your visit so you are ready to start saving as soon as you arrive!
If you would like to download the app while you are at Polhill Garden Centre, we have free Wi-Fi in-store. Search for PolhillGuestWifi and sign in.
• Box one allows you to quickly see general and personalised Polhill Plus offers and coupons.
• Box two displays your personal bar code to scan every visit.
• Box three displays details of your Hot Drinks Rewards.
• Box four allows you to easily order food from Novell's Restaurant.
The bottom bar takes you to:
• Home – your Home Screen.
• My Offers – your general and personalised offers (in the same way as box one
• Shop Online takes you to the Polhill website
• Restaurant displays everything you need for a visit to Novell's Restaurant
• My Card displays your personal bar code, in the same way as box two on the Home Screen, and your Customer Number.
On this screen you can see Member Offers – details of general offers available to all Polhill Plus members. It's worth keeping an eye on these offers, as they regularly change. You will also see Your Exclusive Offers. These are offers personalised to you! Products you might like, and products to help you look after items you have already purchased. Here you will also be able to see details of your Seasonal Cashback Rewards.
Have your barcode ready at the till to scan before you pay.
As soon as you download the app, you will see a yellow coffee cup marked FREE – you can enjoy a free hot drink at Novell’s Restaurant straight away.
After that, scan your barcode every time you purchase a full price hot drink at Novell’s Restaurant. Buy nine hot drinks and receive your tenth hot drink free! You can either scan your barcode at the counter, at our self-service kiosks or order through the app, and the cost of your hot drink will automatically be deducted.Tap the Novell’s Restaurant section on your Home Screen, or use the Restaurant icon at the bottom of the Home Screen. The menu displayed will depend on the time of day – for example, everything displayed at 2pm is available at 2pm. To see the full menu, please visit our website.

Customers must spend a minimum of £40 during the qualifying period to receive a Seasonal Cashback Coupon, which will be released up to three times a year – keep an eye on your emails and your app!
You will gain points on all your purchases except gift cards, fuel and items from our retail partners.
You will collect 2.5 points for every £1 spent in a single transaction. Each point is worth 1p in reward vouchers.
