1. The competition is open to children aged 3–12 years who are residents of the UK.

2. Entries will be judged across three age categories: 3–5 years, 6–7 years and 8–12 years. There will be one winner selected from each age category.

3. A parent or legal guardian must submit the entry on behalf of the child.

4. To enter, children must colour in the official Polhill Home & Garden Christmas Colouring Competition sheet and submit it within the advertised competition period.

5. One entry per child. Multiple entries from the same child will not be accepted.

6. Entries must be the child’s own original work.

7. Entries must be submitted to the designated competition entry point at Polhill Home & Garden by 17th December at 5pm. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.  

8. Entries will be judged by the Polhill Home & Garden team. Judging will consider the creativity and merit of each eligible entry, taking into account the entrant’s age. The judges’ decision is final.

9. Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided by their parent or legal guardian.  

10. If a winner cannot be contacted within three days, Polhill Home & Garden reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11. Prizes must be collected in person from Polhill Home & Garden, Sevenoaks, Kent. Entrants and their parent or legal guardian must be able to arrange collection from the centre.  

12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. 

13. By entering the competition, the parent or legal guardian gives permission for the child’s first name and age to be used to announce the winner on Polhill Home & Gardens website and/or social media channels.

14. With the parent or legal guardian’s consent, Polhill Home & Garden may share a photograph of the winning colouring entry on its website and social media channels for the purpose of announcing and promoting the competition.

15. Any personal information provided as part of the competition will be used for the administration of the competition, contacting winners and fulfilling the prizes, in accordance with Polhill Home & Garden’s privacy policy.  

16. Polhill Home & Garden reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. 

17. No purchase is necessary to enter.

18. If promoted on Facebook or Instagram, this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
