A £250 deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are fully refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.

The BBQ school runs primarily outdoors, but we will make reasonable adjustments where possible or discuss alternatives if needed.

No, customers are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto site. However, drinks packages may be available as part of your booking, please speak to our team for options.

Yes, there are several convenient accommodation options located a short drive from Polhill, making it easy to turn your BBQ experience into a full day or overnight stay. The closest options include Premier Inn Sevenoaks / Maidstone (A20), a practical and affordable option, and Donnington Manor Hotel in Sevenoaks, which offers a more premium stay with dining facilities. Both are located approximately 10–15 minutes from Polhill Garden Centre. We recommend booking accommodation in advance, particularly during peak summer months.

Polhill Garden Centre is located just 5 minutes from Junction 4 of the M25, making it very easy to reach by car. Free on-site parking is available. The nearest train station is Knockholt, approximately 5 minutes away by taxi. For those travelling from London, Sevenoaks or Orpington stations are also convenient options, both around 10–15 minutes away by taxi.
