At Polhill Garden Centre, we understand that some purchases, such as compost, aggregates, and furniture, can be too heavy or cumbersome to carry to your vehicle. To help, we offer a free Carry to Car Service, where staff will assist in transporting and loading your purchases into your car.

To request the Carry to Car Service, simply ask at the point of purchase or approach one of our shop floor staff for assistance.

This service is available as staff are available. During busy periods, there may be a short wait for assistance, so we kindly ask for your patience. Please note that staff members have the right to refuse loading items into your vehicle if they deem it unsafe or believe it could cause damage to your vehicle.

We take a no-tolerance approach to any abuse directed towards our staff. Respect for our team members is essential, and any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
