In the event of a product being unavailable (for any reason), you will contacted to discuss potential substitute goods. If the substitutes goods are not suitable then a refund will be given. If you agree to the substitute goods, once received if they are deemed unsuitable they will be refunded along with the cost of delivery.

Cancellations
If you have had your purchases delivered, you are entitled to cancel your purchases at any time either before or up to 8 days after the day of delivery.
To cancel a purchase, please:
Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. in a resalable condition). It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
You will receive a full refund, the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product to a store. If you choose another method of return other than specified, you may bear the costs. Your original delivery fee will not be refunded.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
When you place an order for flowers, should you realise you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order up to 12 noon on the day before the scheduled delivery date you requested. We regret we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations after this period.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund with proof of purchase.

The return of faulty goods does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear & tear and perishable items (e.g. Flowers etc).
