What is covered?
Our Hardy Plant Guarantee covers any container-grown hardy plant that fails to thrive or dies within two years of purchase. To qualify for this guarantee, the plant must meet the following conditions:
- The plant must have received reasonable care as per standard gardening practices, including appropriate watering, feeding, and positioning.
- The plant must bear the Polhill Garden Centre label.
- The plant must be presented for examination in-store by one of our experts.

How to claim?
If your plant dies within the guarantee period, simply bring the plant, along with proof of purchase, to Polhill Garden Centre. Our knowledgeable team will assess the plant's condition and determine if it qualifies for a replacement or credit. We will be happy to offer you a replacement plant of the same value, or a credit towards another product of your choice.
What are the exclusions?
Please note that the guarantee only applies to container-grown hardy plants purchased from Polhill Garden Centre. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by adverse weather conditions, pests, disease, or failure to follow care instructions.
