When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will go on sale in early September at 10.30am. A booking link will be published on this page, plus it will be posted across our social media channels. If you are a Polhill Plus Member, you will be a sent a link via email which will allow you access at 9.30am.
How many people can see Santa?
You can book up to two adults per child ticket, adult tickets cost £2.50. Bookings will be group sessions with a maximum of 10 children accompanied in the Grotto at one time, so this is the perfect opportunity to share this magical experience with your loved ones.
Where can I purchase my tickets?
Absolutely. Our BBQ team are on hand to guide you through the options, from fuel types to cooking techniques.
Do babies/newborns count towards the numbers?
Yes, they will count as a normal child ticket. Babies and newborns will also receive an age appropriate gift.
How do I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be emailed to you, which you will need to print off and bring on the day OR you can show your ticket via your smart phone/device.
What's included in the present?
Each child that visits Santa will receive a special Christmas present that will be age appropriate. Unfortunately, this is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative.
Is the photo included in the ticket price?
No, this will be an additional cost and they will be available to purchase when you leave the Grotto.
