Thyme Doone Valley is a hardy evergreen herbaceous perennial plant with tiny leaves in dark green with yellow splashes and it's widely used for teas and food flavouring. It grows up to 10cm in height and up to 10 - 50cm in spread and thrives best in sheltered full sun south or west facing position in well drained fertile neutral soil. Spikes of borne heads of lavender-pink opening from red buds flowers emerge in June and is bees and butterflies friendly.

When grown in containers we recommend a good quality multipurpose compost is used. Plants should be fed during the growing season with a liquid feed as per the manufacturers instructions.

We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns can be made in-store, by post, or via courier (costs may apply). For faulty goods within 12 months, we offer repair, exchange, or refund with proof of purchase, excluding faults from misuse or normal wear & tear.
