This is a large growing and vigorous conifer with flat sprays of mid green aromatic scale leaves, the sprays banded with a rich creamy yellow. Great as a specimen plant or trained as a hedge or screen. Can be trimmed to maintain size and shape.

This conifer is happy growing both in a container as well as the open border. For growing in a container we recommend that you use John Innes No 3 Compost or a good quality Multipurpose compost. For planting in the open border it is best planted with a mixture of your garden soil and a good quality Tree and Shrub Compost. Plants should be fed in Spring and late Summer with a good quality granular fertiliser.
