A truly exceptional variety! Without a doubt, one of the best and most reliable autumn fruiting varieties. Bliss is a heavy cropper from late August through until the first frosts with the highest yield coming in September. The attractive berries are large with a firm texture, and the flavour is excellent. The fruit is mid-dark red in colour and has good keeping qualities. The short, erect, spiny cane are sturdy and need only minimal support. Bliss has good disease resistance to Root Rot. Primocane variety – produces fruit on the first years growth. An excellent British bred variety – very highly recommended. Cropping season: late August-mid October. Self fertile.

For the best results from your soft fruit plants Polhill Garden Centre recommends that you plant them in a nice sunny open site using a good quality planting compost. They will also benefit from a good feed with fertiliser like Fish,Blood and Bone in the springtime.

We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

Return Policies
