Patio Black Spot Remover for Natural Stone is designed to remove stubborn black staining from outdoor stone surfaces while protecting the natural finish of your patio. The formula works deep within the stone to break down discolouration and restore the original colour and texture, without the need for aggressive pressure washing that can damage pointing and surfaces.

Suitable for Indian sandstone, York stone, limestone, travertine including Portland and Bath stone and other natural stone types, this treatment helps maintain patios year after year. The acid free, biodegradable formula can be rinsed safely into lawns and flower beds and is safe for pets once washed off. Ideal for smaller areas or targeted treatment, this 2L size offers effective results with controlled coverage.

We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns can be made in-store, by post, or via courier (costs may apply). For faulty goods within 12 months, we offer repair, exchange, or refund with proof of purchase, excluding faults from misuse or normal wear & tear.
