xThe Made by Zen Patchouli & Cedar Reed Diffuser is a sophisticated home fragrance designed to create an atmosphere of calm and indulgence. This 200ml diffuser offers a continuous, flame-free way to scent your living space, utilising high-quality fragrance oils that linger beautifully in the air. The scent profile is a masterful balance of earthy depth and floral lightness, specifically crafted to transport the senses to the serene environment of an Alpine landscape. Its elegant glass bottle and natural reeds make it a stylish decorative accent for any room, from a quiet bedroom to a welcoming hallway.
The fragrance opens with a refreshing burst of citrus, which is immediately softened by the romantic and fragrant notes of rose. As the scent develops, it reveals a complex and alluring heart of spicy pepper and earthy vetiver, all grounded by a warm, woody base of patchouli and cedarwood. This blend creates a floral, woody, and fresh experience that is both captivating and grounding. Because it does not require heat or electricity, this reed diffuser provides a safe and effortless way to maintain a consistent, inviting aroma in your home for many weeks.

xDelivery Information
Most online orders from Polhill Garden Centre are delivered by our own team using our local delivery vans. For customers located further away, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days from the date your order is confirmed, excluding weekends. Once your order has been processed, our despatch team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. If the proposed date is not suitable, you are welcome to request an alternative and we will do our best to accommodate.
During particularly busy periods such as summer and the Christmas season, delivery times may extend to 10 to 15 working days.
For larger items including garden furniture, you will receive an email confirming your delivery day. On the day of delivery our drivers will contact you when they are on the way. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a precise delivery time in advance.
Delivery charges start from £10.00 and are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item, as well as your delivery postcode. Most local deliveries are carried out within our main service area across Kent and South East London. If your postcode falls outside this area, courier delivery or an additional transport charge may apply.
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may cancel your order before delivery or within 8 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition.
Returns can be made by bringing the item to our store with proof of purchase, or by contacting our online team to arrange an alternative return method. Please note that return costs may apply if the item is not returned directly to the store.
If a product develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a repair, replacement or refund, provided proof of purchase is available. This does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we may contact you to discuss a suitable substitute. If the alternative is not acceptable, a full refund will be issued.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights. If you need assistance with a delivery or return, our team will be happy to help.
