Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days from the date your order is confirmed, excluding weekends. Once your order has been processed, our despatch team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. During particularly busy periods such as summer and the Christmas season, delivery times may extend to 10 to 15 working days.
For larger items including garden furniture, you will receive an email confirming your delivery day. On the day of delivery our drivers will contact you when they are on the way. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a precise delivery time in advance.
