Angus and Oink Jack and Cola BBQ Rub was created to mark the brands invitation to the Jack Daniels World Championship Contest in 2018. The mix blends sweet fruit powders with sugar cinnamon vanilla and a gentle heat from chillies to bring a rich cola inspired finish to pork and chicken. It delivers a proper caramelised crust when cooked low or hot which makes it ideal for ribs pulled pork thighs and wings.
The mix works well as both a dry rub and a base for a sauce. Once the meat is cooked you can take the pan juices and turn them into a simple JD and cola style glaze that clings beautifully to the surface of your dish. We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returns can be made in-store, by post, or via courier (costs may apply). For faulty goods within 12 months, we offer repair, exchange, or refund with proof of purchase, excluding faults from misuse or normal wear & tear.
