How to Use: Our suet products are specially formulated to make them suitable for year-round feeding. However, if positioned in direct sunlight they may soften or melt in very hot weather. If this is happening, try placing them in a shaded spot instead, or waiting until the weather is cooler. There are no nets on our suet balls - or any other feed we make - we don't use them because birds and other wildlife can get trapped in them.

We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

Return Policies

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
