Seedlings/Pricking Out :

Hold the seedlings carefully to avoid damage, gently tease the roots from the compost using a dibber or pencil. Space the seedlings out to allow them to grow and water evenly until ready to pot on.


Potting:

Place the plant in the new container filling in the gaps with more of the fresh compost and then water the plant and firm down the compost again. Make sure you do not plant your seedlings/plant any deeper in the soil and cover the base of the stem.


Planting Out:

Dig a hole approximately twice the depth and width of the current rootball. Place some new compost in the hole and then your plant and as before gently fill in around the rootball with fresh compost firm down and then water well.


We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns can be made in-store, by post, or via courier (costs may apply). For faulty goods within 12 months, we offer repair, exchange, or refund with proof of purchase, excluding faults from misuse or normal wear & tear.
