Patio Black Spot Remover for Natural Stone is specially developed to tackle stubborn black staining on outdoor stone surfaces. Designed to work deep into the stone, it breaks down discolouration and restores the original colour and texture of patios, paths and paved areas without the harsh effects of aggressive pressure washing.

Suitable for Indian sandstone, York stone, limestone, travertine including Portland and Bath stone and other natural stone types, this powerful yet gentle treatment helps prolong the life of your stonework. Safe, biodegradable and acid free, it can be rinsed into lawns or flower beds without harming plants. It is also safe to use around pets once washed off, making it ideal for family gardens.

We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order and perishable goods such as cut flowers). Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns can be made in-store, by post, or via courier (costs may apply). For faulty goods within 12 months, we offer repair, exchange, or refund with proof of purchase, excluding faults from misuse or normal wear & tear.
