Lavender Munstead ( English lavender) is a hardy herbaceous perennial plant with an aromatic narrow, toothed or lobed grey-green leaves and is widely used in food flavouring or decorating flower borders and tubs. It grows up to 0.5-1m in height and 0.5-1m in spread and thrives best in full sun, sheltered south facing position in a well-drained sandy or chalky soil. Purple flowers with dense spikes emerge in summer and is also bees and butterflies friendly.

When grown in containers we recommend a good quality multipurpose compost is used. Plants should be fed during the growing season with a liquid feed as per the manufacturers instructions.

Delivery

We offer local delivery across a wide postcode area using our own vans, with courier delivery available for orders further afield. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days (10–15 during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas).

For furniture orders, we’ll email your delivery slot and our drivers will call when on route. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and vary by postcode, item size and weight. Our local delivery area includes BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, SE and TN postcodes in the South East of England.
