The Big Cheese Rat & Mouse Bait Station has been developed for use with all types of bait. By law, if you are treating either a mouse or rat infestation using bait, a tamper-resistant bait station (like this one) must be used. The recommended bait for use with this station is the Home Choice bait range from The Big Cheese. This re-usable unit is weather-proof and lockable to ensure protected treatment of affected areas.

Bred in Canada, Tulameen is now one of the most popular summer fruiting varieties due to its versatility and the quality of its fruit.  A truly outstanding variety with extremely high yields of superb quality glossy fruits that have an excellent, sweet aromatic flavour.  The berries are large, bright red and have a distinctive conical shape.  The fruit is borne on long, almost spine-free laterals, making them very easy to pick.  An excellent variety for growing in pots/containers where the long canes can be trained up an obelisk or bamboo cane wigwam.  Resistant to botrytis.  Cropping season: mid July-mid August.  Self fertile.

Originating in Japan but also native to Korea and China, the Japanese Wineberry is a very handsome plant that has something to offer at most seasons throughout the year.  The bright orange berries turn to crimson when fully ripe and have an unusual aromatic sweet-yet-tart taste.  Ideal for eating fresh from the bush and also using in jams, jellies and desserts.  The berries are encased by a calyx (protective shield) as they ripen and the stems of the wineberry are covered in a thick layer of golden bristles – these are not particularly sharp, but seem to be enough of a deterrent to birds.  Can be used to good effect as an ornamental climber and the canes are an attractive red colour in winter, providing further interest following flowering and fruiting.  Eventual height: 3m (9.8ft).  Eventual spread: 2m (6.5ft).  Cropping season: August.  Self fertile.

A truly exceptional variety!  Without a doubt, one of the best and most reliable autumn fruiting varieties.  Bliss is a heavy cropper from late August through until the first frosts with the highest yield coming in September.  The attractive berries are large with a firm texture, and the flavour is excellent.  The fruit is mid-dark red in colour and has good keeping qualities.  The short, erect, spiny cane are sturdy and need only minimal support.  Bliss has good disease resistance to Root Rot.  Primocane variety – produces fruit on the first years growth.  An excellent British bred variety – very highly recommended.  Cropping season: late August-mid October.  Self fertile.

Roundup Tree Stump and Root Killer 250 ml is a concentrate weed killer for use on unwanted vegetation including trees and freshly cut tree stumps. It moves throughout the entire plant, above and below ground, to kill trees, stumps, brambles, nettles, deep rooted and woody weeds, including Japanese knotweed and ground elder. It allows replanting as it is inactivated immediately on contact with soil and is then broken down by soil micro-organisms. Coverage 500 m2 or up to 16 stumps. Use from February to November.
